Onion roll with roast beef, cheddar, and horseradish mayo

Herbed Turkey
Multigrain bread with turkey, shredded lettuce, red onion, tomato, cheddar, herbs de Provence and EVOO

Tiny ‘Talian
Sesame Italian roll with mortadella, capicola, genoa salami, provolone, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, pepperoncini, and Italian dressing

The Tony B
A baloney sandwich for adults, inspired by Anthony Bourdain.
Sourdough, mustard, mayonnaise, mortadella, cornichons.

EVENING
(Made to-order between 4PM and CLOSE)

Olives
A mix of Castelvetrano and Kalamata olives marinated in olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, zest of lemon, fresh rosemary, and red pepper flakes.

Nuts
A medley of nuts (cashews, walnuts, pecans, almonds, and macadamia) roasted in brown sugar, fresh rosemary, butter, salt, and a dash of cayenne.

Fish
A spread of smoked blue and whitefish served with crackers. Smokey, delicious, creamy, with a dash of lemon zest.

Pimento Cheese
A spread of cheddar cheese and pimento peppers served with crackers.

Omissions accepted. No substitutes.
